Stats, records and achievements
Everything you log rolls up into a handful of screens. This is what each of them is for.
The stats screen
Totals first: how many catches and sessions you have logged, your heaviest and longest fish ever, your longest session and your current run of fishing days.
Streaks are counted in days you actually fished, so a quiet fortnight does not wipe out a good season.
Personal bests by species
Alongside your overall records, the app keeps a best for each species you have caught, by weight and by length.
This is the list that gets interesting in year two, when you can see which species you have quietly got better at.
Achievements and XP
Badges are grouped into five areas: Fisher, Explorer, Dedicated, Craftsman and Trophy. They unlock on milestones rather than on every fish, so they stay worth something.
New achievements are added over time and simply appear. You do not need to update anything.
The calendar
Every session is placed on a calendar so you can look back by date. It is the fastest way to answer questions like what the weather was doing the last time you fished well in March.
Gallery and share cards
Your gallery holds every catch photo you have logged. Any catch, or a whole session, can be turned into a clean card image with the details laid over it.
Cards are built to be posted as they are, so nothing has to be cropped or captioned by hand.
