Fishingstat is a fishing log and analytics service available at fishingstat.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fishingstat. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us straight away.

You may only create one account per person. Sharing accounts or creating accounts on behalf of others is not permitted.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Fishingstat for your own recreational fishing logging. You can log sessions, record catches, view your stats, and share catch cards.

• Submit false or exaggerated catch data to gain positions on public leaderboards.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on someone else's rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these rules, particularly around leaderboard integrity.

FishingStat Premium is a monthly subscription billed at $2.99 per month, processed by FastSpring. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing and your Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for. See our refund policy for details on the 7-day money-back guarantee.

You own the fishing data you log. We store it to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. See the account deletion page for instructions.

When you opt into public leaderboards your display name, catch data, and location (country and region level) are visible to other users. You can opt out at any time in Settings.

Share cards you generate are publicly accessible via their unique link. You can delete a share card from your gallery at any time.

We aim to keep Fishingstat running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or withdraw features at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Fishingstat is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of income, or other damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
