Account, premium and your data
Everything to do with the account itself: what costs money, what does not, and how to leave if you want to.
Free and premium
FishingStat is free to use. Logging sessions and catches, your stats, personal bests, achievements, the map, two rigs per session and a gear bag of up to five items are all part of the free account.
Premium costs $2.99 per month, or $29.99 per year, and adds the AI tips that read your own history, the season calendar, a prep list for your next session, and unlimited rigs and gear. You can cancel any time.
Cancelling
Subscriptions are billed through FastSpring, and the receipt email they send you has the link to manage or cancel yours.
Cancelling does not cut you off on the spot. You keep premium until the period you have already paid for runs out, and then the account simply goes back to free.
Forgotten password
Use the forgot password link on the sign in screen. You will get an email with a reset link.
If you signed up with Google there is no password to reset. Just use the Google button again.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and takes everything with it: sessions, catches, photos, gear, stats and leaderboard entries. There is no undo, so export or save anything you want to keep first.
If you subscribed on the website, we cancel the subscription for you when you delete your account, so you are not charged again. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel it in Google Play first: deleting your account does not stop a Play subscription.
