Account, premium and your data
Everything to do with the account itself: what costs money, what does not, and how to leave if you want to.
Free and premium
FishingStat is free to use. Logging sessions and catches, your stats, personal bests, achievements, the calendar and the gear bag are all part of the free account.
Premium costs $2.99 per month and adds advanced stats, the AI tips that read your own history, and leaderboard access. You can cancel any time.
Cancelling
Subscriptions are billed through FastSpring, and the receipt email they send you has the link to manage or cancel yours.
Cancelling does not cut you off on the spot. You keep premium until the period you have already paid for runs out, and then the account simply goes back to free.
Forgotten password
Use the forgot password link on the sign in screen. You will get an email with a reset link.
If you signed up with Google there is no password to reset. Just use the Google button again.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and takes everything with it: sessions, catches, photos, gear, stats and leaderboard entries. There is no undo, so export or save anything you want to keep first.
If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting. An account cannot be removed while a subscription is still billing, because that would leave you paying for something that no longer exists.
